Thomas E. Baldwin (1913 - 2004)
born in Arcadia, Florida, he graduated from Vero Beach High School and the McAllister College of Mortuary Science at New York City. He was a licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer, first being licensed in Florida in 1932. Later in his career, he helped establish Baldwin Brothers Cremation Society. He was respected by his peers, cherished by his family, served as President of the Florida Funeral Director Association, and was an inspiration to us all.
Raymond C. Knopke
serves as President and is a member of Baldwin Brothers Cremation Society's Board of Directors. A native Floridian, he graduated from Berkeley Preparatory School and University of South Florida College of Accountancy at Tampa. Associated with Funeral Service companies for over forty years, he is a former owner of Garden of Memories Funeral Home and Cemetery of Tampa, later served as President of the Neptune Society of Northern California, and is a past President of the Florida Cemetery Association.
Ruth Anne Yeats
serves as Vice President of Funeral Operations, is a member of the Cremation Society's Board of Directors and has been a Florida Funeral Director since 1992. A native Floridian, having graduated from South Broward High School, Hollywood and Gupton-Jones College of Mortuary Science, Atlanta, GA. Ruth Anne is the chair for Relay for Life, signature fundraising event for the American Cancer Society, a member in the Southeast Volusia Chamber of Commerce as an Ambassador and member of Smyrna's Active Leaders for Tomorrow (SALT). She is also on the Board of Directors for the Florida Cemetery Cremation and Funeral Association.
Evans P. Baldwin serves as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, is a member of Baldwin Brothers' Board of Directors and has been a Florida Funeral Director since 2014. An eighth generation Floridian, having graduated from Winter Park High School, Commonwealth Institute of Funeral Service and the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor's Degree in Finance. He is a graduate of Leadership Winter Park Class XXII, a member of the Coastal Conservation Association (CCA), Smyrna Yacht Club and First United Methodist Church of Winter Park.
Proudly serves Baldwin Brothers as a Life Celebration Planner. She moved from Puerto Rico to Florida in 1987, a graduate from Miami-Dade Mortuary Science Program. Fully bilingual in Spanish, brings 22 years of experience as a Funeral Director. She is dedicated to the Central Florida Community and member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church. She is involved the Hispanic Community and Puerto Rican Association.
James R. Baldwin
has been a Florida funeral Director since 1976 and owner of Baldwin Brothers Cremation Society since 1980. He graduated from Winter Park High School and Miami-Dade College Mortuary Science. He is a Past Master of New Smyrna Masonic Lodge, past president of The Rotary Club of New Smyrna Beach, and a member of St Peter the Fisherman Episcopal Church. He is active in the Bahia Shrine Drum & Bugle Corps is a Florida Master Naturalist. Jim is a Certified Life Tribute Celebrant.
serves as a Planning Consultant and has spent seven years as a pre-need consultant. He relocated from Albany, N.Y. with his wife Marianne in 2001 they have one son John. He attended Murray State University obtained a B.S. in Business Administration and a MBA from the University Of Phoenix. He is a member of Sacred Heart Church in New Smyrna Beach.
Laura M. Griffith
serves the Baldwin Brothers team as a planning consultant. She has been in Florida for 15 years, and in the death care industry for over 10 years. She previously owned and operated Griffith Contracting, a commercial remodeling business. A graduate of Northern Community College, she stays active with her volunteer work with the American Cancer Society, and the local assisted living facilities.
Richard O. Baldwin
has been a Florida Funeral Director since 1972 an owner of Baldwin Brothers Cremation Society since 1980. A native Floridian, a graduate of Winter Park High School, Miami-Dade College of Mortuary Science, and the University of Central Florida. He is past President of the Florida Funeral Director Association and member of Smyrna Yacht Club, Orlando Bahia Temple, and First United Methodist Church of Winter Park. He is secretary of the DePugh Nursing Home.
serves as Baldwin Brothers Office Manager. She graduated from Kean University in Union, New Jersey with a Bachelors Degree in Management-Accounting and relocated to Florida from New Jersey with her husband Tony in 2000. Donna enjoys the Florida climate and living in a beach community. She enjoys gardening, sewing and crocheting.
, a native New Yorker, came to Florida as a child in 1968 with his family. As an adult he has owned his own business in Ocala and served as a Police Motorcycle Officer with the Hallandale Police Department who worked with many other patrols within the department including Homicide, Marine and Traffic. He was also liaison for Broward Co. Emergency Management. James joined Baldwin Brothers in 2010. He continues to serve his community as an active member of the New Smyrna Beach Motorcycle Club and is undergoing training with the Florida safety Council to become a motorcycle instructor. James has two children. James loves his work for Baldwin Brothers as it allows him to continue to serve those who have a great need with compassion and integrity.
, a native of Youngstown, Ohio, Monty worked as a Sales Manager for a Wholesale Bakery before moving to New Smyrna Beach in 1984. He has worked for Baldwin Brothers since 1986 as an assistant funeral director helping many families through his kindnesses and helpfulness during their services. Monty and his wife Marlene celebrated their 60th
wedding anniversary this year and together they have five children, 16 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Although Monty enjoys all football, he is an avid Ohio State Football fan.
Jerald L. Pullins
has been associated with funeral service companies since 1970. A native of Kansas, he graduated from the University of Kansas (BS) and the University of Texas (MBA). He was an officer in the US Army and honorably served two tours in Viet Nam. His first job in funeral service was with Service Corporation International of Houston, the world's largest provider of funeral and cemetery services. He held a variety of positions at SCI including President. He also founded and served as President and CEO of the Sentinel Group one of the largest, privately owned groups of funeral providers. Today, he is a principal shareholder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Baldwin Brothers Cremation Society.
moved to Florida in 2006 from Northern Virginia where she worked for USAirways for 27 years. She is a proud mother of two daughters, Britania and Jonnilyse and loves spending time with her two sisters, family and friends. And, besides loving life, she has a great love and respect for senior citizens.
Since her moved to Florida, Gladys has been a dedicated employee of Dove Funeral Home as an Administrative Assistant and is now a proud member of the Baldwin Brothers family. She is pleased to have joined this great caring company and its team of hard working, caring and professional individuals.
serves Baldwin Brother's as an office assistant. She earned a Bachelor's Degree in Special Education from the University of Georgia and a Master's Degree in Elementary Education and Reading from the University of North Florida. After teaching at a primary school in Australia, Emily returned to Florida and spent 5 years teaching for Orange county public schools. Emily enjoys staying active through yoga, running, biking, and walking her dogs.
sales managed a funeral home and cemetery and the Neptune Society's Fort Myers and Orlando offices prior to joining Baldwin Brothers. Known for his expertise in the field of preneed sales, David is a frequent contributor to industry trade journal "ICCFA Magazine." David has a BA in philosophy from Hobart College and an MBA in marketing from New York University's Stern School of Business. A four decade resident of Central Florida, he is a past president of Temple Israel and served as a Vice President on the Jewish Community Center board. He also has been an adjunct professor at University of Central Florida teaching sales management.
serves as the Pre-Planning Advisor in The Villages Planning Center. Originally from Michigan, Shelly relocated to Florida in February of 2013. While in Michigan, she was employed with Memorial Healthcare working with Hospice patients and families as well as coordinating numerous Senior Service programs throughout the County. She has facilitated bereavement support groups, Hospice and Respite Volunteer services and Caregiver Support Groups. She has served on the Board of Directors for the United Way and was an Ambassador for the Chamber of Commerce.
proudly serves Baldwin Brothers as a Life Celebration Planner. He graduated from Spring Arbor University with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and has completed advanced studies in marriage and family counseling. His professional career includes Director of Human Resources, Executive Director of The Chamber of Commerce and owner of several companies. He has held many lidership positions in his church and community over the years and is currently a member of the First Baptist Church of Leesburg, Florida where he has volunteered in marriage and family counseling. He and his wife Dee relocated to Florida in 2009 after retiring from their family owned business and has been serving the local area as a Pre-Need Planning Counselor for the past several years.
MSW, LCSW, is a first generation Floridian, adopted and raised by her grandparents. She received her BA in psychology from Agnes Scott College. During her junior year, her father died, which profoundly affected her life trajectory. Here in central Florida, Amber earned her Masters degree at the University of Central Florida, began working for hospices as a medical social worker and a bereavement counselor, earned her license as a clinical social worker, and started a private counseling practice. Along her journey Amber learned that she has an affinity for working with people going through their own journey of grief and loss. Amber serves as community liaison for Baldwin Brothers.
was born in California to a military family. His family settled down in Florida in 1977. Ken attended school in Tallahassee until the bug to get out and travel hit him. He joined the US Navy in 1988 and spent the next six years traveling around the world. After being honorably discharged Ken moved to Orlando and worked as a manager in the restaurant industry for many years. He joined funeral service 2009 and has not joined Baldwin Brothers as Logistic Team member.
Christian Andy Ingram
, born and raised in West Virginia. Received a B.S. degree in Sports Medicine from Alderson Broaddus College in Philippi, WV. Received an AST degree from Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science. He has been in funeral service for well over fifteen years serving in his family's funeral before moving to Central Florida and joining the Baldwin Brother's team. He is a member of First Baptist Church of Orlando. He lives in Winter springs with his lovely wife Cheryl and his daughter Ella.
serves Baldwin Brothers as a Pre-Planning Counselor. She is originally from Michigan and currently resides in Leesburg. She graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science degree and from Thomas M. Cooley Law School with the degree of Juris Doctor. Her professional career includes estate planning, probate, and financial services including life insurance & employee benefits and retirement plan administration. Denise owned her own law firm in Michigan, served as Executive Director of a non-profit organization, and was the treasurer of the family readiness group of a National Guard troop. She enjoys being actively involved in the community and has spent several years volunteering for soup kitchens, senior services programs, and youth organizations.
is our pre planning consultant for Ocala. She was originally from Michigan but has been in Florida for 45 years. While in Fort Lauderdale she was a member of the Professional Sales Women of America,Ambassador for the Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce and very involved in fund raising for local food banks. Since arriving in Ocala in 1998,she sat on the Board of Directors for the Alzheimer's Support Group and been personally involved in senior care. Her professional careers have always been in the service to others and for the last nineteen years was a pre need sales counsultant for the Neptune Society. Now,she is thrilled to have joined a caring, compassionate,forward thinking company, Baldwin Brothers, and looks forward to the next nineteen years.
serves as Baldwin Brothers Office Manager. She moved to Orlando in 1980 from Gastonia NC. And started a career in the accounting industry. In 2003 Sandy changed career paths and went to work in the funeral and cremation industry. She has a unique understanding of the funeral business and starting working for Baldwin Brothers in 2014. On her time off Sandy enjoys spending time with her dog Missy.
originally from Rochester, New York, is a fourth generation Funeral Director/Embalmer who relocated to Central Florida in 2014. He’s a graduate from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, and graduated as Valedictorian of the Dallas Institute of Funeral Service. Prior to entering the funeral industry, he worked as a Business Consultant for Arthur Andersen LLP in Dallas. He’s a former owner of two Funeral Firms in New York, and now lives in Oviedo, with his wife and two sons.
Kelly Knopke Young
was raised in the funeral industry and serves Baldwin Brothers as a Pre-Need Administrative Specialist. She was born in Central Florida, then relocated to Northern California where she graduated from Monte Vista High School. Following graduation she moved to Flagstaff, Arizona where she attended Northern Arizona University, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Parks and Recreation Management. In 2007 she returned to Central Florida where she met her husband, John. She now enjoys spending her free time with their young son, Lucas Charles. Kelly has worked in a variety of industries, most recently enjoying her employment with Cornerstone Hospice. She is now looking forward to her career with Baldwin Brothers Cremation Society.
Linda L. Knopke,
serves Baldwin Brothers as an Accountant. Born in St. Louis, Missouri, her family relocated to Central Florida when she was young. Shortly after her graduation from King High School in Tampa, she began her accounting career with Garden of Memories Funeral Home and Cemetery. Now with many years of accounting experience various industries, she is happy to be a part of the Baldwin Brothers team. After spending some time in the Western United States she is happy to be back in Central Florida, where she lives with her husband, not far from their two daughters and one grandson.
A Florida resident for more than 25 years, served as a Field Trainer for Man in the Mirror in Casselberry, Florida, training pastors and leaders in men’s ministry. He worked as an Associate Pastor at Calvary Assembly of God in Winter Park overseeing the Calvary Outreach Center, counseling families in crisis and leading mission teams to Latino American countries. On his free time, Victor enjoys the most spending time with his wife Stephanie and sons Victor and Joshua. Victor serves Baldwin Brothers as a Licensed Planning counselor and is an industry veteran. He states “I do sincerely hope that our services will assist you; thus far, to celebrate your life well lived. We recognize that the period following the death of a loved one can be a very difficult time. Each person grieves differently, and I want to offer assistance that will help make this transition in your life less challenging. For me, ,there is no greater responsibility than honoring and preserving the story of one’s life and respecting your Final Wishes to celebrate the end of the journey”.
